Zenith A384 Reissue
Currently have a TT Rolex Skydweller and Tudor BB58. Considering adding the 50 yr anniversary Zenith reissue on ladder bracelet. I see them going for 25% off on some websites now. 1) any idea why this is 2) general thoughts in this watch? Thanks everyone!

Zenith typically commands a decent discount - the watch while cool to collectors as a throw back has a limited audience outside of that due to case shape, ladder bracelet and generally all the things that make it cool to a collector.
Personally - I like it. I'd opt for the A386 though - Also make sure you try it on - w the larger cases of the BB and Sky Dweller it may wear very small.

It’s pretty small, my wife thought it was a women’s model. I love it, zenith do tend to have bigger discounts, these ones a little less so. Ladder bracelet is cool but feels a little bit chintzy. Don’t get it if you worry about resale but I think it’s a great watch. Only thing I’m not sure about is how they keep releasing LE after LE of it, though the normal Panda is my favorite.

I picked up the Shadow version a couple weeks ago. I'm in love with it. I have a ~7" wrist and think it wears great...granted the other watch that gets most of my wrist time recently is a 36.5mm Tangente Sport.
I think you should be able to score this new from a dealer for at least 20% off, so don't be afraid to ask. Pic for reference: |

Zenith makes a cool watch and they have some interesting designs. Try the watch on before the buy as they typically wear all over the place depending on which model. Resale on them is weak at best, so be sure to get a fair discount and plan on keeping the watch as you will get your feelings hurt on a sale or trade.

Not yet, but having owned a Ti PAM before, I know what I’m in for. I actually look forward to getting this beat up a bit, but I’m in no hurry to get there.
