I'm not reacting positively to this, seems to me that we're in Rolex bubbleback territory at $2k, no? This is an honest Franken, true, but why so much? Am I missing something?

The seller claims the dial is original ... I'm not so sure.

Nothing on this watch is genuine Rolex. Entire watch is a fake. Dial, movement, Case, Crown everything.
