Oysterflex fits on everything...

My buddy and I were playing with my oyster strap and it fit on his BLNR fine..there was a little more gap between the strap end and the case but look great...the lug holes on the YM are a lot closer to the case where as on the other pieces there further down the lugs.... Just thought I'd chime in.

Pictures attached. Now everyone can go buy the right strap sizes and fit their clasp and not complain about it not working...it does work, end of story.

You would think Rolex would make it a curved end. Not worth it IMO. Everest is the better option for me.

cool, but its not for me. for the $ ill go buy and Everest with a solid lug fit instead of the gap. plus i am betting this is quite a bit more cost wise.

Those curved end straps are MUCH less comfortable, because they aren't free to articulate. If you need to fill the lugs, I'd much rather have the fake end links that Rolex often uses.

I would disagree. My Everest is quite comfortable.

Having owned a box of Rubber B's and a lot of Everest I prefer Rubber B...it's better quality fit to the case, better quality rubber, better design, better tang buckle.

If anything Everest has good customer service...but I will always choose Rubber B over Everest... Oysterflex rocks though.

Can you tell me more about Everest, maybe in a PM so I don't lose the topic? I'd like a black strap like this for a GMTII

I had the Rubber B and sold it for the Everest. I found the RB was too stiff for my liking.

It depends on wrist size. The integrated rubber doesn't work well at the extremes. They are uncomfortable for me since I have a small wrist, and the slight flare out doesn't work nicely - Sinn straps are the worst in this respect. For people with large wrists it can be a problem as well, since it curves down rather than going straight out.

When brand new some of the Rubber B's are stiff. Just like AP's straps on the Diver. But once they break in they are butter.

Good points. AS anything it comes down to personal taste and fit. I have a 8.5" wrist and find the Everest perfect for me.

That's good there's a design that works for large wrists! I doubt my ankle is 8.5".

I have gone thru many bands and have a hard time with fit. Its a curse having large wrists. I envy you guys sometimes.

Depend on my diet and exercise routine, my wrist varies from 6" to 6.5". Thank goodness Rolex still makes normal sized watches.

Good and maybe not so surpring to learn as Rolex seem to be becoming a lot more user-friendly and accommodating of late... is a SS PepC in the works?

I just sold my 116719...overwise I'd pop the bezel off and see if it fit a steel one.... maybe I'll have to try when I get another white gold pepsi...

It won't. Rolex saw that coming a mile away. Already documented by rolex themselves

For me Oysterflex is king. But for the rest Rubber B > Everest.

And RM wins it all.

116622 oysterflex

I've a two week old 116622.
I've just ordered the oysterflex from an eBay seller - hope it fits!
Have a recent 116610lv bracelet so might use the clap from that so I get the diver extension.

It arrives Saturday.......

I enjoy using my Rubber-B as an alternative to the OEM bracelet. Best option out there without shelling the $$$ for the oysterflex .

Other than the lug damage this strap seems to cause during a change, it is the best strap i've ever experienced when combined with the glide lock.

I wish it was an option on more models, at the same time it's sort of cool how exclusive it is.

Do you think it will be a genuine Oysterflex, or are the fakers already busy?
