If it is in the running, 233 is almost always the right answer.

No need to be confused, the 233 is the way to go from the choices you have.

Have you tried any of them on... ?
The 320 is a 312 with GMT and the 392 is 2mm shy of a 312... . My guess is that they are all the same height as they all share the same 1950 case & P.9000 automatic mvmt. The 233, also a 1950, may be sightly thinner thanks to the P.2002 manual mvmt. Assuming they all fit you and fit is not a factor, then (naturally) I'll also recommend the 233! The dome crystal, additional complications (8 days!!!) and the fact that the P.2002 was OP's first in-house is enough to justify the price difference imho. Go used, go "dot" dial and you will be glad you did pick the 233 p.s. You want wristshots, we got wristshots

233 by far. The dome along with the 50' case makes it sleek and classy at the same time!

1. the 233 placed side by side onto the 320 ---> 320 grabbed my attention more because of the simplicity and clean dial. 2. on my wrist ---> the 233 sat a little better but the 320 wasnt odd and looked really good as well. 3. the 233 is a mechanical movement which kind of put me off compared to the automatic p.9000 movement on the 320 4. both are gmt which makes them equal 5. the price difference is quite hefty. im not new to pams as i've seen several of them over the years but i have never owned one before so i dont know if its the 1st impression but the 233's complication pushes me away. i dont know why but im kind of leaning towards the 320 for the robust yet clean and simple look. any further advise? |

I've always admired the GMT models- the Pam 98 being my personal favorite..

I prefer the 320
The 233 is a great watch, but it's quite busy and much more expensive

Get the 320, that way when you sell it to go get the 233 you can tell the story of how you should have gone straight for the 233 in the first place. It's a familiar tale. JK, get what you like. Which should be the 233. :)

392 all day long. My 2c. It's on my short list to buy and keep my Pam 88 company.
