When did Rolex start making the heavier solid linked bracelets?
Can someone shed some light on this for me? Did they start when then started the new clasp, or right before?
The watch in question is a 118206 Platty DD, P90$&@ serial. It has the older styled clasp, but the seller is saying it's the heavier solid linked bracelet. I called him to ask him to weigh it, and he threw it on the scale and said 227gms which seems right for a full bracelet.
