18228 Lug Opinion

I think these lugs look good, what do you think ?
The bracelet is very tight on watch and it has papers is 17800.00 overpriced ?

Btw it’s a 18238 …. Typo in title of post

Thank you

Polished but doesn’t seem terrible but I have never known exactly what to look for

Polished but fine. What is your ultimate goal as you’ve posted a lot of threads picking apart day dates

The thickness of the lugs looks good to me. But is the matte/brushed finish on the top of the lug starting to fade or partially polished away? Maybe it's just the pictures but that may be something to look out for.

If I was in the market for an 18238 and I was paying by wire, I'd be trying to get as close to $15K as I could. $17.8 seems a little on the high end but not too crazy.
