Flipped my hulk for a blue bay 58

Loved my hulk but couldn’t resist making the flip and picking up a 58 blue bay and cash toward a travel
trailer to enjoy with the family. First impression of the 58 is it is absolutely perfect for my 7inch wrist and the dial -although matte is dynamic in terms of shades of blue depending on lighting.

My initial reaction was What? But seeing you got and put xtra funds to very good use I say bravo. Enjoy the new watch, Tralee and precious family time together.

Wow! I think overall this is a great outcome. BB58 is a fantastic watch - only thing you're really giving up the the date function, and having extra cash to use towards family adventures is really priceless. Enjoy your new watch and hope you have awesome travel plans.

That's awesome. Nothing wrong with flipping your Hulk for that blue beauty and the trailer. Hope you made a nice profit :) Enjoy!

Sometimes there's more to collecting. Memories are worth way more. Substitute watch is also not a bad choice either. Win win.

The cash difference is going to the trailer and still wanted some color. Now I have the blue bay and a speedy. When I bought my hulk I almost got the 116600 instead. I’ll probably pick up a datejust or sea dweller at some point in the future but checking out this other hobby while enjoying the Tudor in the meantime.

If you're happy with the trade then it's a good trade.

Enjoy the watch and the trailer!

Just our kids it’s a camper with a few beds kitchen etc. Need to close some more deals and then someday maybe get a toy hauler that has all that plus room to haul a 4 wheeler.

I think it was a wrong trade. The Rolex will continue to go up in value whereas the Tudor will loose value relatively speaking.

Since you're more than satisfied with the Blue Bay, you've made the right choice. I've never been in a travel trailer, but it sounds like fun. I grew up in the upper peninsula of Michigan so most of our trips were for camping and rarely more than an hour away. We just packed a tent. Hope your family gets a lot out of that trailer!
