Hello guys, need help on this watch, is this real or fake?

I thought the Cartier dates had a cyclops over it in addition the chrono circles look a little weird. I'm not cartier expert though

The Roadsters that I have seen all have cyclops.

This reference W6206020, does not have a cyclops. It has the word 'Cartier' incorporated into the roman numeral 7. The fonts and engravings on the back cover seem correct. I would have to say this watch is genuine.

Thanks, does this model have the date change in the back with the little dot thing this one has?

Are you asking if the caseback sticker in the photo is original to a new Cartier of that model, the answer is yes. They come with that exact type of sticker on the caseback when sold new. Good luck Victor!
