I thought the Cartier dates had a cyclops over it in addition the chrono circles look a little weird. I'm not cartier expert though

This reference W6206020, does not have a cyclops. It has the word 'Cartier' incorporated into the roman numeral 7. The fonts and engravings on the back cover seem correct. I would have to say this watch is genuine.

Are you asking if the caseback sticker in the photo is original to a new Cartier of that model, the answer is yes. They come with that exact type of sticker on the caseback when sold new. Good luck Victor!
