That’s the best version I’ve seen. The dial looks special. Sorry no link here.

I'm the person who commissioned the Bel Canto Phoenix. To verify my ID as genuine, you can see my posts here and my instagram tag is @mclaren_mso_1

https://www.instagram.com/mclaren_mso_1/

I can allocate one to you, subject to any remaining after my supercar friends have had their opportunity. This is the only way to get an allocation i.e. I am allocating every one of the 99.

The Phoenix is currently over 65% allocated.

So if you want one, please PM me and I will add you to the reserve list. Note however that the watch is expected by April 2024, and Christopher Ward will require payment in full now (as it's a limited bespoke watch), directly to them.

I cannot guarantee an allocation, as it will depend on whether any remain unallocated.

I can verify that Jas is the one who originally posted allocations in the McClaren forum! Big thanks to him for doing this!

That color really works on this watch for some reason. Might be my favorite colorway so far. I still wish I had picked up a green.

Hey Jas, I m actually curious how did you pull this off to commission Christopher Ward to do this? Did you have to give him one of your McLaren's? lol

The simple answer is that I am a very long-standing old customer of Christopher Ward and have bought many of their watches over almost 10 years, so have been a fan of the brand from long before it became so popular.

So I just asked them very nicely. They declined.

I asked a second time a few weeks later, and they declined again.

But third time lucky

They have been such a pleasure to work with on the watch, they were patient through countless meetings and render and changes. Even getting the dial colour just perfect was no simple task.

It was very time consuming but was a labour of love for me.

97 of the 99 are now allocated, so I am able to release 2 more allocations.

After that, it will be reserve list only, in case anyone fails to pay CW for an allocation.

Thank you so much for all your work on this project Jas! As one of the lucky beneficiaries of your kind offer, I could not be more excited to have this Lava Orange Beauty join my collection.

Icon1 FULLY allocated

Please note that the Bel Canto Phoenix is FULLY allocated, for all its 99 pieces. There are no watches remaining to allocate.

However, should anyone recently allocated one fail to complete their purchase in a timely manner, I will reallocate their watch to those who have requested one and I am adding requests to the reserve list.

Thank you again! By far the best dial and iteration of the Bel Canto masterpiece.

If they promise April 2024 howcome you stay hopeful for Christmas? Also did you have to jump through hoops to commission them to make this McClaren colored limited release for McClaren owners?

CW have got 3 that failed to pay, so I'm just messaging them to give them a fair chance in case something went wrong.

After that I will allocate to reserve list, which I am maintaining anyway. I've added you to that list
