Is this even quirkier?


This is definitely not something you find everyday. The story behind it is interesting. It is a remake of the time piece made for Jacquelin Hermes from a pocket watch by her father.

I actually ordered a set of Barenia. Do agree the alligator is off

This can also be worn as a necklace for my wife

This is actually discontinued for quite a few years. But the NOS was “discovered” in a German boutique’s safe and brought to the US for a watch event. I read about it at the time but did not act on it. So this is karma in a way.

As the original post mentioned, I am not a great fan of this case strap so a Barenia one was ordered. It works quite well as a necklace watch (latest trend?) for my wife though.

But I think Taylor Swift recently had a Cartier necklace watch too. Apparently necklace or bracelet watch is a thing with the ladies. But what do I know
