My 1st GS! Green Katana

After wanting a GS for many years, I finally got my first one - SBGA491 / green katana!

I'm in love! The dial is constantly changing color from dark green, dark gray, olive green, green/gold. There are so many GS that I like, and glad this is the one I'm starting with!

Congratulations! Grand Seiko truly makes some of the best, most interesting dials out there in my opinion. I'm always fascinated by them. Enjoy in good health.

Nice pickup, Ian! Love the color and the texture on that dial. From the dial to the vintage style case, they do it well.

Thanks everyone for the kind comments!

My only fear is this is going to start me a GS buying trend! There are so many cool GSs out there!

Truly gorgeous.

I've just ordered a SBGY007 which will be my first GS. About a month lead time...
