Fitting oysterfkex rubber band to sub

How do I remove the last link on the claps that is a closed end bar on it.? So I can fit the rubber band directly to the clasp,

If I recall correctly, the screws come out of the links so it should fit right into the clasp.

On the 6 oclock side, take out the last link and place the screw through that permanent link on the clasp

On the 12 oclock side, I do not have a Sub, but it should go on one of the last links that attaches inside of the clasp, whatever fits you best. Again you are unscrewing the last screw, and placing the OF instead of the link itself.
