Screenshot of Warranty Activation Screen
I was going through my photos and noticed my AD had sent me a screenshot the warranty card for my Daytona being activated.
I wish the screenshot was in English but on the top there are several tabs that suggest a validation process for case and bracelet and also a section under “Tipo de Portador” that may be where ownership information is entered. A few weeks ago there was a thread about a new system to verify and transfer ownership. This makes me think that ownership info has been in place electronically for some time now. Sorry if this topic has been discussed before. Rough Translation - Bracelet Validation - Measurement - Type of Carrier (This could mean owner) - Settings - Confirm Watch Yes / No Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Wonder if "carrier" in this case is a reference to the specific box a watch is supposed to come with? There are, after all, multiple sizes, and the previous steps appear to be where the AD confirms all specs match those of the watch with that serial number.
But I don't know whether or not that translation would actually make sense. |
