Hodinkee Insurance
Many of you have likely heard that Hodinkee has been bought up by Watches of Switzerland. I got an email this morning stating that there will be no change to the watch insurance I have through them, presumably it is still partnered with Chubb.
Good news to me, the coverage gives me peace of mind at a reasonable cost. As far as the rest of the merger, won’t affect me in the least. |

I'm with you - glad to receive that same email this morning.
I'd been waiting for the other shoe to droip on Hodinkee, and figured that Chubb would either replace them wih another induistry-related vendor or go direct to consumer. Glad that we now have an entity that is more financially stable and - hopefully - a long term player in the space. |

Got the same email. If Chubb continues to underwrite, I’ll stick around, but if that changes (which I hope it doesn’t) I’m going to jump ship.
