AP Swag

Hey guys! Recently was fortunate enough to acquire my first AP in the form of a Blue Diver. Was wondering whether folks got any AP swag when purchasing their first piece.

Totally forgot to ask as was too excited about the watch. Was given a travel case box, but that was it. Would love to see other swag people have received over the year

Congrats on your new purchase.

My swag has always come in the mail post purchase.

AP coffee table book, mug, travel case, umbrella, cap.
If you are buying something expensive, maybe a table clock, AP branded gin.

I ALWAYS had to ask for swag when I bought. Even then I was hard pressed to get anything.

Thanks all! I guess at this point doesn’t hurt to ask my SA? Bought from an AP House so hopefully that means they’re more open to giving something?

As mentioned above, it can be variable. Certain bigger items like desk clocks are reserved for select levels of clientele. But a lot of their other merch can be quite nice and even practical. Importantly, it is worth just asking outright.
Very least they can give you is a hat. I like their watch cases in general. But the clothing I’ve liked the most is their hoodies.

I've gotten key chains, multiple travel cases (different types), RO pen, candles, diffusors, hats, and all sorts of books. Various Christmas items (varies every year) and champagne on birthdays. The wall clock and desk clock still elusive..

During purchase just travel cases, but stuff comes after either on random visits or via the mail/local delivery. A few coffee table books, hats, seasonal gifts. Once I joked about taking the RO pen used to sign an invoice. By the nervous reaction I got, I assume those are on par with a double balance. :D

I just got my first AP a couple of weeks ago - asked for swag but was told they were “out of it at the moment”. They did hint that something “nice” would come later in the mail from AP. I presume a welcome gift? Anyone have experience they’d mind sharing?

Look forward to this years Xmas gift.

I’ve gotten in the past keychains, bracelets, hats, golf accessories, polos, watch cases, telescope, desk clock, cashmere blanket, hoodie, beach bag and mug. The coolest gift was last Xmas

What's the spending range for a leather backpack? My friend and I each got a welcome kit with the travel case a couple months after our first watch.

I’ve gotten a hoodie, polos, hats, golf stuff, water bottle, travel cases, books, speakers. Some of it at purchase, other things were sent to us.

I only have one AP - I received an AP coffee table book, box of doughnuts and some other toiletry stuff (can't remember the brand) on my birthday. I didn't receive anything at all at the time of purchase.

Dropped my SA a note and she said they will be sending a welcome pack to my home address. Very exciting!

Good job.
As you buy more, don’t be shy to ask for specific things. They may not have things on hand, and they’re juggling many clients to be able to consider certain gifts in the moment, but if you’re specific then they make it happen within reason.

Really?! Okay, that is seriously thoughtful (the healthy food, not booze :)). I have to be impressed by that.

Very cool selection of veggies; I’m particularly impressed by the mushrooms choices. Kudos to AP.
Just please don’t tell me they sent you the meat as well, because I will be seriously jealous!
