Well after getting my first Rolex late in 2019 I really thought it would be quite some time before I got another luxury timepiece. But hey, this isn't a bad way to start off 2021

I've had my eye on various Omega's for quite some time but through some browsing and YT videos I found myself coming back to the current version SMP 300. Originally thinking I wanted blue w/ blue rubber I did some in person browsing and couldn't get over the black on black (runner up was white dial). If you are having trouble deciding I highly encourage you to go check them out in person, all the variants are gorgeous. For those that care, this is ref 210.32.42.20.01.001 and I got about a 12% discount off MSRP with no purchase history at this AD. Anyway, on to a few glamour shots!

Thank you! The AD I went to fortunately had both (well actually all the variants). But I was able to try on black and white dials at the same time and there was just something about how the black caught the light that I couldn't get enough of.

Congrats! The black-on-black is totally stunning. I own the white but still think the black watch on strap is the best looking model. It's a beauty!
