Very very interesting and case size remains 40mm

What is also interesting is a return to the 116520 look with the WG black face

With a PM model case and vintage inspired bezel. I love it. I love the older even more. I'm curious what the market will do in terms of the prices for the discontinued 116500LN models.

I agree, the newer one is nicer. Very 16520 Zenith looking w the thinner sub dials & markers & hands. Home run.

The new line is inferior to the outgoing model and surprisingly not 41mm. That way the old model will likely skyrocket on the secondary market. Guess who’s now in the secondary market??

Can someone point out the differences? As someone who has never owned a Daytona, and from those pictures, I can't tell the difference!

Hour marker thinner
Subcounter margin thinner
Slimmer lugs

Probably more I can’t see

Small and subtle changes.

Not a fan of the ring. But that will becomes normal over time I suspect.

Overall not a huge improvement on the 116500 although it is different.

Most important point, not yet known. What is the actual size of the case vs the old one.

Maybe it will be a genuine 40mm which will be a big change.

Both will go down as classics without doubt.

Come on man! Lift you attention to detail... haha just kidding.

The picture of the older Daytona isn't the best quality but.

The sub dials, slightly thinner black rings.
The indices/indexes of the new model are longer and sharper.
The new model has a metal ring around the outside of the ceramic bezel (big fail)
The lugs are evened out (hard to see but the old model had slightly thinner lugs on the crown size vs the non crown)

New one is WAY better.

Bye bye silly asymmetric lugs.

Oh that dial is finally refined by taking lot of the business the old dial had.
The new one is more pleasant to look at now. Refined and elegant.
