Datejust 6031

I Bought this early date just today hands and indices are quite corroded
Should I leave or clean them?

Leave. Clean hands would look out of place with the amount of patina there.

Imho no point - 'everything in keeping, with everything else', my motto - that Coronet is unusual shaped / and spacing between 1 and 0 on 10 very wide, 5's and 2's differ a lot, but font tolerances were unusual back in the day?!

I have a 6030 (unfortunately can't post pics yet) - it would seem this is the coin edge bezel version of it. Believe a very rare reference

The crystal is distorting the script and crown I can’t take a good photo
