The 1315 caliber is first rate in the FF series.

Good read, I’ve been thinking about a FF over a 124060.
Thanks for the review! |

Perfect timing for the thread bump.....I just picked up the 42mm FF 5010.
It has only been a few days but this watch seems to check all the boxes for the seriously perfect diver. Size, legibility, spring bar security, luminosity, 120 click bezel, titanium case, comfortable profile, strap options. Could be it be game over for the search???? I have one more big test and that is taking it in the ocean. Will the bezel jam like some other watches that I won't mention, that absolutely drove me crazy? Will the love last? Time will tell. But I sure am loving this watch so far. |

I like the black 5010 so much I just got the blue 5010. This watch is amazing and no other watch has been worn since the day I got it. Perfect balance of luxury and utilitarian. No complaints so far. No design flaws that I can identify after 28 days of ownership.

Thank you Brian.
If only I could figure out how to post decent photos on here. I have been trying for 10 years😂. My sales listing photos are hideous🤣. |

Just spent time with a BP/AD in Nevada reviewing the 42 MM 5010 Titanium
in both black/blue dials. The 1315 caliber continues to be a marvel with 3 barrels, 18k gold rotor, and performance that equals or surpasses COSC accuracy levels.Band/bracelet choices affect final price. As a military diver recently back from the Navy's Panama City, FL. combined SCUBA-Salvage-Experimental Dive Unit, the Blancpain FF is becoming noticed by professional divers the world over, not just French/Swiss divers in the Pacific Ocean projects. If you push your dive watch into what it was originally designed to do at depth, either the FF or the Professional grade model with helium/gas escape valve are probably the best watches out there, IMHO. |
