Share Photos of your DAY DATE
My Day Date is just back after servicing.
Its an 1803 from the early 1960s and it was on a gold Jubilee bracelet. I am told that a Jubilee bracelet was an option in the early days of this watch. I've really started liking/enjoying/wearing my Day Date a lot more after switching it to a black leather strap about a year ago. Yeah sacrilege I know, but I think it actually looks even nicer/classier now - just a gold watch with a simple classic face on a black strap. Plus, with the bling-bling factor down, I now feel free to wear it anywhere. Strange, but it looks less like a Rolex now, but feels more truly Rolex. I did some new pics. Share what you like best about your own Day Date and post pics .

Renato,
I have enormous respect for a guy who wears a platinum DD and also proud to sport a Tudor Sub [or two]. A true watch aficionado and for all the right reasons. Well done, my friend. dP
