Serti dial question

Hello everyone- I am wanting to purchase a serti dial Submariner or GMT. I know of the silver and gold dial Submariner serti watches and some of the GMT dials. I also see several other variations and am wondering if there is a definitive guide to actual Rolex made serti watches. I am just wanting to steer clear of franken watches or someone's creation.
Thanks in advance, Bret

Serti dial question

I haven’t seen a definitive serti online guide. There are plenty of articles though.

The basics are easy to sort. But there are so many out there where the seller has no papers and a “serti” was plopped into a TT Sub or GMT. Many “custom” dials or purely aftermarket dials.

For those reasons you should only buy a full set with original papers (the newer ones noting dial color with bezel set diamonds).
