Grailzee, Bezel, & Watchcharts Thoughts?
Hi Team,
Can't find a long thread comparing and contrasting these sites-so posting this here for discussion and hope to learn something from other members experiences. See Watchcharts as being great for giving visual pricing info and allowing you to immediately compare and contrast different offers on the same watches. See Grailzee as a tax free way to sometimes beat the dealer prices in competitive auction situations. At times you have dealers setting high auction reserves in hopes of someone getting carried away at auction. Have not seen many bargain oriented transactions go off there. Haven't looked extensively at Bezel-they charge sales tax on every transaction negating any price advantage versus buying out of state (8.25% for Dallas, 10.25% for my old home Chicago). Thoughts, please? Mark |

I sold a Rolex DJ on Bezel which went smoothly, but had to pay their fees. I watch both Bezel and Grailzee for watches I am interested in and my conclusion is it is not really a cheaper way to buy.

Loupethis has stuff go below market all the time. Mostly oddball independents but still definitely below market.
