Casio Waveceptor - consistent issues

Did the radio frequency for Fort Collins atomic time change?

My 3 Casio Waveceptor watches have not been able to receive a re-freshed signal since July, even when wrapping them around metal rods and doing all the usual prescribed stuff.

Thanks for ANY guidance folks have.

Anything changed? where you put them overnight? Any new building? Weather?

I found a spot at my home that can get good signal overnight. And surprisingly is not facing the direction of Fort Collins. And I put the watch face down on the shelf. They will get pretty good chance to get signal.

also I found wearing them to sleep helps. Maybe its using the body as an antenna?

another way is that there are (paid) apps that will broadcast signal using the phone's speaker to synch the watch to the radio tower of your choice.
