Best online Grey for Sapphire Sandwich
Unlike Rolex Omega grey market watches are cheaper then at an AD. Any good ones out there?

I would check with toppers, they are an ad.

I would look at our Trusted Sellers. They typically have some but they move fast.

Walk into any AD (not a boutique) and ask for a 20% discount. You may only get 10-15% but it gets you pretty close to grey. I actually immediately got offered 20% from an AD without asking.
You are better off buying used from a trusted seller here with a recently dated warranty card than grey because with grey you typically lose the Omega warranty. |

why would you lose the Omega warranty on the grey? Don't all watches come with a 5 year warranty?

Why would you “typically lose the Omega warranty” if you go grey? The vast majority of new Speedys will come with the Warranty card and remaining Omega warranty, if sold by a “trusted seller” or a grey market dealer. I think it’s 5 years currently. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Mark Worthington Jewellers have a 2021 Sapphire Sandwich with Omega warranty until 2026. £5,800. Lord knows what price they paid for that.

People confuse grey with used. Not the same thing. Grey is like Jomashop - you don’t usually get a warranty card with grey dealers because they obtain their inventory from ADs that offload it to them en masse prior to activating/registering the cards. Used (or a “trusted seller”) inventory comes from a person who bought from an AD as a consumer and had the card activated, so you don’t have a warranty problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Agree with the watch exchange, I came to recommend Matt (mdgrwl is username on omegaforums). No idea if watch exchange currently has a sapphire sandwich but they often have new watches at solid discounts.
Edit: just checked Omega forums, and he currently has a brand new SS 3861 listed for $6,950. Roughly $1,000 off Omega current retail |
