Rolex 78490 Clasp

Today, I received a Rolex 78490 braclet and clasp I had purchased. I was aware the bracelet was not perfect, but I was not aware the clasp did not function properly. The “button“ on the clasp does not snap into place as it should. It passively passes in and out of the hole. Can this be repaired? So I can get an estimate for the repair (if it is possible) for the seller, who would you recommend for the repair?
Thank you for your assistance and advice.
