Swiss made on bottom of face.
Regarding the bottom of the face just under the six o'clock position.
When did Rolex start separating the words "Swiss Made" with a Rolex symbol? I noticed on the new GMT Pepsi with Jubilee band that the "Swiss Made" is separated by a small Rolex emblem. |

Good question. I’m not really sure on this. I was wondering the same thing the other day when I saw two exactly the same DJ41s and one had the small crown and the other did not.

It was just in the last year - indicates the watch has the newer movement (ref. no. has a 2 vs a 1 in it).
But because of random serial numbers, it’ll be hard to tell if a dial on a watch came with the extra dial coronet as original or not unless the buyer is savvy. Discussed here: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=603016 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
