Another AD vs. Gray Question re: 11610
Hi everyone,
I am interested in a Sub 16610, the later the better. I have been perusing the grays along with the CPO ADs. Prices seem to be similar for these pieces - so, what say you? Thanks! Last edited by Submariner868; Yesterday at 03:18 AM.. Reason: wrong ref number |

If you can find similar prices, condition and get CPO service guarantee, seems like a no brainer to go that route.
BTW, I have a 16610 and it is the one watch in my collection that I can definitely say that I will never sell. It has lived up to the hype while it's been on my wrist for the last 19 years.

You cannnot buy a 16610 at an AD. it’s too old.

Gray. I've seen CPO as thousands more. Yes, you get a freshly serviced watch and a warranty, but even if you bought Gray and needed a service, it would only be another $1k.

I think the AD comment was regarding buying CPO at an AD, but I may be wrong.

OP has stated CPO at AD. If pricing is the same, I don’t see why you wouldn’t.

Buy from a collector - It's a buyers' market today. I would be looking for the mintiest example you can afford.
