Best RSC for Service
I am in the unfortunate situation where a full bezel will need to be replaced on a pre-ceramic Sub. The watch is also due for service.
Are there certain RSCs that are better than others when it comes to workmanship or other considerations. I am located in Virginia. Thanks. |

I have used both the NYC and Dallas RSC's several times and always had excellent service.

I have utilized both New York and Dallas RSC in the past. My preference is Dallas and it deals with a higher level of customer service. No real difference in the work that I noted just more responsive out of Dallas and they do not act like I am bothering them.

They both have the same training the same equipment the same service procedures and the same QC process. Doesn’t matter if it is the USA, U.K, Germany or Switzerland. You Won’t get better or worst a service from any.

I used the RSC watchmaker at my AD but if that’s not possible send to Dallas.

Same here. FWIW most watches these days when sent to NYC go to Lititz, PA where they are serviced at the Rolex school/service facility. I've had Dallas do my Tudors, and my brother in CO had his pre-ceramic Sub done in Dallas. Work was excellent in all cases. It's pricey, but a resonable amount considering the value of the watch and the quality of the service.
