Seadweller Caseback

Have you guys seen a caseback like this on a t series sea dweller? Just want to make sure before I pull the trigger. I was under the impression they were filled in with black paint? Were the later ones filled in black?

I'm no vintage expert, but the engraving of the letters looks less precise than I would expect. I could be the photo, and I'm looking on my iPhone, so...

I'm echoing Dr. Brian's opinion...looks like a fake due to the poor engraving. I have a "Z" and the case back is like mjm800's "M". The end pieces indicate that it is a newer Seadweller so the case back engraving should be painted. But then again I'm no expert either.
