New pick up - Rolex 1005 - whats the right band?

Picked this one up from good ol' Bay.

Took a gamble that the dial was going to be okay under that scratched plexi. Overall it was pretty good nick after cleaning up the scratches. I need to take a closer look at the dial - please chime in if anyone notices anything odd. Seems to be the same dial print variation as this one:

Crown was stripped but had a spare gold crown which fit the tube just fine.

Its definitely been polished but knew that going in.

Quick question for the experts - whats the right bracelet for this two tone? its a 19mm lug so perhaps a two tone jubilee or oyster?

I'll slap it on a leather for now.

Looks very nice cleaned up! This is my in-laws 1005 all gold but it is on a 19mm American made oval link bracelet. Quite sure you can find one on EBAY in two-tone.

That would not be the only one for this reference, just what they had on theirs. The folded or crimped-link bracelet (Swiss version) with a 19mm end link is, i'm quite sure, also appropriate for this watch. Here is an oval link on EBAY now (https://www.ebay.com/itm/175451639480) but keep in mind these probably all need to be refurbished like through Rolliworks or something, which will add significantly to the cost. The example I sent (above) only has 18 links too and it should have 22 when new. You might want to look at others for sale on Chrono24 and whatnot to see what kind of bracelets they are on. You could also purchase one directly from Rolex. It won't be period correct but it will be very sturdy and you won't have to worry about fragility and getting it refurbished. Still looks great on leather!

All steel ones are in the 650.00 range. I just sold one to a customer whose 6564 I serviced for that. Nice band with minimal stretch.

The steel and gold is correct for the steel and gold watch but it wouldn't kill it to be all steel either.
