Howdy! New Member from Newport Beach, Ca

Howdy Y’all,
At any given moment I’m wearing two talking Rolex watches. On my right wrist is a green Rolex Submariner, his name is Mr. Right. On my left wrist is Mr. Lang, a Rolex Daytona in Everose gold. Together they are a team that help me face the tough decisions in life. They attract a ton of attention since after all, how often do you see a guy wearing two Rolex watches?

Starting the timeline is Mr. Right, the green Submariner which handles remediations in my life. Ironically, he is passionate about car racing and and helps me perfectly time my shifts when driving in my BMW. He insists that being a Submariner has nothing to do with operating a submarine. He was my first Rolex watch and I sometimes refer to him as “The Workhorse.” He is full of surprises and likes to view my reaction with his cycloptic eye when he moves the bezel into a new position. When he isn’t on my right wrist he is enjoying his time off doing rotations at The Red KubiK Watchwinder Spa. Just the other day he requested that I put him up at The Marilyn Monroe KubiK Watchwinder Resort, I told him I’d look into it. He’s a horny watch, being green and all.

On my left side is Mr. Lang, an Everose Daytona. He is at the finish line, and his favorite detail is the red lettering “DAYTONA” on top of the seconds dial. His chronograph function actually has the ability to record time and he keeps track of all the moments in my life. Mr. Lang is always there to help me remember why, and helps me with “long term” investments, as it pertains to time of course. Like a dog, he likes to hang his face outside of the window when I drive around with the windows down. Like Mr. Right, his favorite time is hanky panky time.

I rarely tell anyone the real reason behind why I wear two watches, but Mr. Right, Mr. Lang, and I have a great time beating around the bush when people ask. It makes for a great ice breaker when meeting new people and we love to keep them guessing.
