Incoming!!!!
I had a one night stand with an Omega Speedmaster this week. Though an iconic and beautiful watch, it just wasn't for me and my super casual lifestyle. I found that I can't go for a watch that has only a 20mm bracelet or strap.
Even if I wasn't used to my huge 372, the bracelet still would've seemed small, and quite feminine to me. So I struck gold here on TRF and traded it in for a new-to-me 177! It's on it's way via fed ex today and I can't wait to put it on. It will be my daily wearer to alternate with my 372. I love the ti, the weight, the mechanical wind, and the no date. It'll make a great companion! Thanks TRF and thanks Alfred (FNFZ4)! I also made a friend in this transaction, after learning of our similar interests too! Wrist shot to come soon I hope! |

Yes, the Speedy was literally a one night stand. I know, I know. But I got a swell deal on it in the first place and didn't take much of a hit, if any. It was a no brainer after that. I've been looking at the 177, along with others like the 005, and 000 to sport along with my 372 anyway.
Alfred threw in an extra strap for me too, so I'm very happy with the deal. |

Sorry for the weird pictures. Anyone know how I can adjust those? They're not like that on my computer.

Thank you, all! Sorry for the crappy iPhone shots. My wife is buying me a photography lighting set up for Father's Day, I'll be able to take some nice shots of the pair. All I'll need then is a good macro lens for my Nikon. Christmas is sort of far off for that.

Thanks, I have no idea. The strap isn't labeled. I'll ask and get back to you. It is indeed a great strap and goes very well with the ti.

177 was ny first Panerai and while iown a few
radiomirs (yes I'm hooked) the 177 and the 183 are favourite Luminors and not just with me, I suspect. Enjoy it, hope you have a few straps ;-)) cheers RichArD |

Thanks! I only wish I didn't sell off some of my better 24mm straps when I sold my 312. Luckily I have a few nice ones left over that I can use. I'll be looking for a couple new straps to be sure.

Thanks all! Noticing the very bright lume on it. More than the 372's lume which is subdued by comparison.
