The current model seems to be a hot seller as it is. Omega may not feel compelled to change it.

There are strong rumours that Omega is set to unveil a new release within the next few hours or by tomorrow.

I would like to see an update. Not sure how it would look but it would have an updated bracelet with taper.

Thinner movements. Thinner cases.
The PO would be so epic with that all-brushed push adjust oyster bracelet if it wasn't such a chonker on top.

My grapevine says that there are no more releases expected before the Olympics. Hope they are wrong, but we'll see.

For the Sea Master I really wish they would:
1- Return the Helium escape valve to be a parallel knob and match the winder knob. 2- Date returned to 3 o’clock with a white line. 3- Sea waves returned to same as original not missing or Laser cut. I would really love to buy a brand new Omega Sea Master 300 but wont until it is aligned with what I like, what I have is a really nice Omega 2531.80 and Rolex 116610LN. |

They're due for a refresh, but the PO is even more overdue for an update. If I were I betting man, I'd look for a new PO with the spirate system.

My dream:
- reduce watch diameter to 40-41mm - thickness of 11-12mm - latest and greatest technology under the hood - classic wave pattern on dial |

Y'all can continue to add to wishlist. 300M isnt going to change.. it's mostly unchanged for last 30 years and Is a modern icon according to many.
It's also Omegas bread and butter watch. |

I would wish for a 40-41mm case, thinner case and bracelet and better QC.

Line from the article "Omega confirmed to me in an email that Craig is indeed wearing an unreleased no-date Seamaster, and stated that the watch will be released later this year." |

I agree. A new bracelet (tapered) akin to the speedy would prompt me to consider one. 2531.8 on a tapered bracelet would be very very cool.

I'm not sure about any new releases, but that would be awesome! An updated bracelet on a 300m would be sweet. Can't wait to see if they come out with something like that!

From the pics, to me it looks like a black, no wave dial with black ceramic bezel. I could be wrong, however, as it’s tough to tell from those pics. That could be cool as a no date option. To me, I really like the no date Seamaster Omega has already released, which is the 43.5mm black ceramic version (among a couple others, I believe). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Glad they added waves, since I like that my black, 3rd gen. is the only non-wave dial of the lineup so far. |

I like it from what can be made out from the pictures. Waiting on the details.

Here's is a fairly good view. In the last photo you can see the wave dial is present. It does make me wonder if this is a 40mm version. I'm not sure what Daniels' wrist size is but this doesn't look big on him. Unfortunately my hopes for sword hands are dashed.

Less clunky clasp on a new better looking bracelet!

Nice dial with white lume, most likely aluminum dial as well with a steel case and thickness like the NTTD since it has no date as well. Its gonna be a very wearable SMP300.

I am hoping for a 40mm but I am sure it will still be 42mm

It comes as no surprise that most folks want an update to mimick a Submariner in shape, size, thickness, bracelet taper, etc, after all, this is the Rolex Forum! I for one like it just the way it is.
