I don’t have the years of production off the top of my head but thinking these have had roughly 3-5 year runs before being discontinued/replaced

Some that come to mind:

The original LV “16610LV”

Four line COSC submariner 14060m (the 2 line 14060m may have had a similar run to the 4 line)

The OP39 114300

Any others that you can think of?

Daytona 126529 "Lemans" First watch that came to my mind. Also the Sea dweller 40m 116600.. really wish they made that still.

Easy:

Made for a brief period of time in the very early 90s, Rolex made their reference 14270 Explorer with black arabic numerals instead of white. The watch was produced in very low numbers and only present in late E and early X serial numbers.

These "Blackout" Explorers are considered some of the rarest Rolexes of the last thirty years.

Apart from the Lemans Daytona of course, there are some more approachable models.

The fluted dial datejusts were only produced for three years from 2021-2024 in 36 at least. Palm motif is gone as well imo. There's also a 116000 with black 369 dial. Apparently they were only sold in Japan and then shelved quickly, when Rolex realized that they were too similar to the Explorer.

I would have to say the coral red and yellow OPs in all sizes and the turquoise in 41. They were introduced in September 2020 and discontinued 18 months later in March ‘22.

BTW, some sources say the WG Daytona Lemans is still around as an off catalog piece. I’m not important enough to know.

How about the first 6-digit Pepsi GMT in White Gold with the black dial Ref. 116719BLRO. I believe they sold only for a few years before they offered the blue dial swaps and transitioned the WG model to a blue dial.

Probably SD4K if you're talking total run of a model. Dial and font variations within a model such as colorful OP and DD dials, limited DJ models etc would probably be much smaller numbers.
