the Omega "Itch"

Have the Omega itch and it is bad. Every time I get an Omega, I keep it for a few months, sell it and then regret it!
Last one to go was a PloProf 600.... how I miss it.
past loves-
Seamaster GMT
Seamaster 120 baby ploprof
Planet Ocean 2500
SMP 300
Seamaster 200 SHOM

What should I scratch my itch with? toying with building a NOS Seamaster 300 from parts or buying one.

Those NOS 300's are pretty nice if you can find one or the parts to make one. Personally, I've been lusting after the new ceramic SMP 300 since it came out. That'll be my next purchase for sure. Tax time can't come fast enough!

A Speedmaster would be a fine addition to your collection

A speedmaster mkII was my first real watch. I have to have a properly waterproof watch for my work and lifestyle. I work with water all week, swim and dive on weekends.

Definitely not a "new" type of person... prefer vintage, old or used! in that order! but must be waterproof.

I'm also craving another Omega and just tried on the SMP 300MC and am not sure if I was in love with it. I think the discontinued Railmaster 39mm will be my next venture.

I sold my subc for this and couldn't be happier. Very versatile and extremely accurate. I highly recommend it.

A big congrats! I would go for a SMP Master Coaxial over a SubC any day.
I'm hoping the Railmaster will be re-introduced in similar fashion as this new Seamaster, but I'm not sure I can wait that long!
