Super rare Rolex Poster 1942 Swann Auctions NYm, anyone knows more?
Help needed,
Did you guys see that Swann Auction galleries in New York has a mega rare 1942 Rolex poster for sale, only 2 believed to exist, with this being one of them, since the poster was only printed in very few issues, as the made a spelling mistake, and was pulled back / never released. Look at the words Raduim and Raduim beside the upper car on the poster, a clear mistake in the layout. I have never seen another one like this, does anyone know more about it's history? Thanks a lot It's Sale 2538 - Lot 112 I don't know how to post a photo, can some one possible post the photo of the poster as a response to this post? |

Eh the ad is for some bubbleback with a california dial....
If it was a daytona it would be a different story imo. |

And over 20 years newer so that the poster would be made when the Daytona actually existed

Right I'm just saying I think the appeal of said poster is most likely quite low.

I like how it says "ERROR-PROOF" just before the spelling error...
