Laser etched crown.

Harder than you think to find on the panda.

If you place your iPhone torch on the side of the crystal the LEC lights up like a Christmas tree.

Yes, capturing it in a pic was the idea of starting this thread. Because of the white dial, it was a pain to catch the black sub dial ring behind it so you can see it in a pic.

Without proper lighting it's basically impossible to see. It's meant to be that way.

As long as you buy any Rolex from a reliable source like say a AD why even bother to look for it.

I have had my Panda for 3 months and still haven't glimpsed the crown yet Stands out much easier on the black dial of my 39mm Explorer.

Thanks for the tip

I’ve only ever seen the Omega logo on my Speedy, I’ll have to try this on my Rolex

The authenticity is not in question. I have a laser etched crown fetish.

Yup. I gave up on a 16570 Polar Random. Convinced myself they made them without LEC. But one day I tried again and there it was. Never found it again . . . .

I have found it on both my watches, but it wasn’t easy. I am not even going to try to photograph them.
