Where in the world can you go?

Is there a store anywhere in the world that you currently can go to that has stock at retail price of all or nearly all rolex models?

Just curious.

Won't play the paying more than retail game because I have enough already. But if I add more it won't be for more than retail prices. And I love to travel, so that works out nicely.

Any of the AD’s in Canal Street you’ll be fine.

If you want to see any Rolex models (or nearly all), there is the Rolex Boutique in Geneva (the only boutique directly owned by Rolex).
But they won't sell you any Rolex without waiting...

I haven’t been everywhere but as far as ADs go, I doubt it.

There are secondary sellers that have everything and anything that you can handle and buy on the spot

No interest here in fueling the secondary market. I buy brand new from an AD or not at all. Every market goes up and down. Fortunately time is on my side.

The ADs in Dubai are a definite 'No'- you can't even get on the 'Expression of Interest' list here for any popular model unless you have big spend.... the shops don't sell anything popular to anyone apart from the high rollers!

Imagine the thought of being able to walk into a store anywhere and literally buy what ever Rolex you wanted. The dream is over unfortunately these things don’t seem to happen anymore and it would seem we are all being played

Walk in Lee Michael’s, an AD in San Antonio, and tell them ”Lee Berg is my close friend".

i want the same, yet Hermes bags for the wife and Pagani car for us... plus whatever Hypebeast is flexin' this week ;-) j/k

TBH... Banksy artwork. Only want to 'pay' what others did, not auction pricing, for a nice collection of Banksy art for our home. Love love love his artistry, our home would be more enjoyable with Banksy artwork.

I don't get your humor. You lost me at "flexin".

The cool part is I don't care about the wait. I guess things are still somewhat as crazy as a couple years. I'll check back in 2027.

Cheers

The question was IS there anywhere in the world that can happen currently.

Not it would be great to go anywhere and buy anything you want.

Appreciate the varied responses though.

Perfect, by then Rolex's new factory should be humming along nicely too. See you in a few years, and until then, have a great time

I am hearing demand for luxury goods has fallen in China and many ADs there do have Rolex inventory for sale.

Any AD, anywhere in the world, that is still an AD is going to have more wishful customers than they do watches. There is no magic dealer that somehow struggles to move their inventory and can’t wait for random customers to walk in to help them.
Your suggestion of New York tells me you haven’t ever been there, or certainly not much. Yes there are more Rolex ADs in a small geographic area than anywhere in the US but it’s also has the biggest population, i.e. regular clients. Good luck with your quest.

At the present time, I don't think there is an AD that exists like that. Maybe in few years down the line. I did all my purchases when it used to be possible to walk in and purchase pretty much what you wanted.

When I was last talking with my AD, he said they occasionally get something in that nobody is waiting on- i.e 31mm ladies diamond, some OP, full gold/platinum, etc. He said they just put it in the case, and its gone in a few hours/days at most. So it seems it is luck of the draw- just like you hear about the airport store lucky drop-ins.

As for stock of "all or nearly all" I think there is no such AD store in the world right now.

Several SE Asia based members (Thai, etc.) have said that they can obtain any Rolex from local shops. I assume they are telling the truth.

ADs I’ve visited in Dubai were threadbare. Going to nyc for the first time in October so looking forward to it!

“My” AD has fair bit to view - sd43, explorer, explorer ii, Chnr, bluesey, sub no date, dj41, TT Daytona but no heavy hitters really in pm or gmt ii steel or steel Daytonas.

But they have barely changed these display models in over 3 months.

Then it seems like you've already answered your original question in a way... Could one of us possibly point you to a magical AD in the sky where they'll offer to bundle & discount steel panda Daytonas if you pretty please buy a green Submariner Date? Likely no. You knew that already. Go out & play the waiting game like everyone else. Whether or not there is actual supply/demand or it is "manufactured," you'll never know. You can only choose to play the AD waiting game or not.
