Seeking advices or comments

Watch is genuine with all documents. It is about 30 years old. The 2 links are different. Initially I thought it is an extension but when I tried to swap back the "normal" link I noticed one of them is fixed to the clasp and cannot be removed easily.

Can I have advices and comments?

Thanks in advance.
