Could you post larger pictures? Dial looks refinished, but it is hard to tell for sure as the pictures are miniature.

Box and Submariner pamphlet are correct for that era. Bracelet has been replaced along with the bezel insert. What's the serial number?

In fairness to everyone here the pictures can get pretty blurry when you enlarge them.
The dial is either refinished (best case scenario) or fake (worst case scenario). Further investigation, the intent of the seller and his knowledge of the reference will help determine this. I would not consider this watch for a potential purchase. Starting from the top of the dial, the tail of the second hand is obscuring the coronet which does not help the evaluation of the dial. The text of the depth rating and Submariner printed below it is wrong. The "2" should be directly over the "S" and the "6" should be directly over the "R". Even with the blurry pics, I think you can see this is not the case. In addition it appears that the font may not be correct as well. Here is a pic which shows the text layout and how it should look. I do find the bottom of the dial very interesting. The 28, 29, 30, 31, and 32 minute marks should be shorter to allow the "SWISS T <25" text to be on top and approximately level with the other minute marks. What you have on the dial in question is all the minute marks from 28 to 32 are the same height as all the other minute marks. That is a red flag for me. I have included a picture of the bottom of one of my 5513 meters first dials for comparison.

Thank you for the input! Seller says the dial has been redone so going to pass. Thanks again for your advice :)
