If it was any more fake it'd be a Bush excuse.

The emblem on the caseback's a dead giveaway, and even if you didn't take it off the magnification (or rather lack thereof) on the Cyclops screams Wongtyme, China. Beyond that, it's not worth any time looking for more mistakes.

Hope nobody got too badly burned on that lemon. Maybe it'll make a good doorstop for the garden shed or something.

Welcome to TRF, amj. Like the others said, a $3 bill is more genuine than that POS. Please tell us you didn't buy it. Don't be ashamed. If you did, we will cry with you, not laugh at you. We all make mistakes. Hopefully we learn from them and they don't cost us too much.

I thought it was the 300 M waterresistance No, this is no laughing matter. A rule of thumb to start out with is: only 1 contemporary Rolex from the Oyster range has writing on the caseback and that is the Sea Dweller. Second rule of thumb: there is only 1 Quartz model in the Oyster range and that is the Oysterquartz.

Amanda,

I find it very hard to believe that anyone would put down serious money on that POS. It's such an obvious fake that even a lay person with absolutely no knowledge about watches would be able to tell that this is no where near the real deal.

Notice that there are no more posts from the original poster?
