I know this isn'r as rare as the full creme version but I have seen it listed in certain publications and it seems to have some value.. Can someone please verify?

With orginal Tritium hands it will be worth more. In my book it's not more valuable than a another Tritium ExpII.

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional

That watch is a long way from a "Cream Exp II", which is a term strictly about the early dials, not the markers.

What concerns me about it is that the tritium markers are darkened, as sometimes happens, but the hands are still crisp white..

This would not happen easily naturally...........

So, the hands have been changed or are you just suggesting I put Tritium on it. I thought that the discolored hour markers made it more rare??

If you have the orginal hand so just put them on. I will say the discolored index's don't raise the price. Maybe
someone will pay a little more but that is not me. All Tritium dial will looks like that you shows after some time.

I hate my Sea Dweller when it looks like this.

Now it looks like this and I love it.

So you can read japanese?

Japanese and Rolex is not the same as the rest of the world. Over there they have name for everything and there
are guys that will pay premium for rare things. Sorry but I will still say the ExpII you shows is not rare, maybe not
what you see everyday.

What I think we are saying is that either the hands have been changed to Luminova or newer issue hands, or the dial has been artificially aged to achieve that look..

I can't speak to the book you cite except to say that some books are not authoritative in nature..
