My new Tudor BB58! Also warranty card question
Hi Folks. Thought I'd share a quick pic of my Black Bay 58, which just turned up in the post, brand new from my AD. I absolutely love it! I ummed and ahhed over the blue vs the black... but I feel I made the right choice for me in the end. I'm crazy about the warmth of that gilt on black.
Afterwards, I noticed the AD had used the date of shipping when filling in my warranty card, not the date of purchase. Not a problem of course – except that the card now shows a different date vs the paperwork. I'm wondering if that might look like a red flag if I ever sell the watch (i.e. might it potentially look like the card and paperwork don't belong to the same unit)? I haven't bought a watch remotely before, only in store, so shipping/date mismatches have never been a factor. What do you guys think – is it worth having the AD send the card back to Tudor to get a new one issued with the date of purchase (which is what the card actually specifies you should write anyway)? Or am I overthinking it? I'm overthinking it, aren't I? |

Congrats! My guess is it's not an issue. Beautiful watch, was really excited to get mine a few weeks ago, been in rotation since.

Thanks folks! Appreciate the advice, and I’m sure you’re right. Like I said, I felt like I was overthinking it. :-)
Nothing else to do except just enjoy the watch now! |

Yes you are, just wear and enjoy your new watch in good health, now that is far more important.
