Hitting milestone Birthday next year (40!) and feel its time to scratch the presidential itch. What do we think to this one?

To me the case looks great (super thick lugs). But the rest of the watch looks disproportionally worn, do you agree? Bezel rounded, dial heavy patina. But I guess most important, the bracelet, whilst not terrible, is probably only 6/10.

Other pros, papers and recent service history, box looks correct. Good number of links (23). Price is reasonable. Reputable seller, with warranty.

Anything I've missed?

It was only serviced by themselves. Could splash a bit more and go for a year 2000 upwards?

Yes true, serviced by them 5 years ago. Still, a tad better than no history :)

Moving up to 6 digit reference does not interest me. Don't like the shiny lugs, and cost goes up at least 50%.
