The case engravings back in the day could often be a little rough. I’ve seen worse sloppiness.
What’s unusual is the non-lume dial with lumed hands. Perhaps something got switched, or maybe not. Worth investigating. |

The numbers look fine. The engravings were made with a pantograph which is why they aren't very sharp or perfect.

Fine for me. I've seen some dreadful pantograph engravings that I believe were original/authentic.
