Just got my watch back from Bob Ridley.
Here's how it looked before: rolex.jpg Here is a photo my son took this morning: Watch.jpg I think it really looks great. For anyone interested, here is a link to the original thread: http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=337206 |

A gorgeous piece.
Was Bob able to source an original second hand for you? Wear and enjoy!

Thanks. Bob was able to find a genuine Rolex replacement but had to modify
it slightly to fit the watch. Here is the photo he sent me: Sub Hand to fit.jpg |

So you had only the movement serviced, the crown replaced and the new seconds hand fitted? Case and dial are fantastic but what about that gorgeous bracelet?

OMG, that thing is gorgeous! And on that simple black gator band ... drool. Love that aged dial. Looks like it could tell some stories. Congrats!
