New Bracelet TT Sub

Did Rolex ever Make the new 18kt TT SUB With the Gold going Thru the Bracelet With pin HOLES In the LUGS on the watch and if so WHEN???

Welcome to TRF, John!!

I've understood your question and the answer is: YES, they did....let me explain.

The earlier TT Subs came with the non-SEL bracelets...right upto 1999. These models did NOT have the gold running through the clasp.

From 2000, the TT Subs were changed to SEL bracelets and with the gold running right through the clasp....but these still had the lug holes.

Then from the very end of the Y-series, the above remained the same, but Rolex did away with the lug holes.

Hope that clarifies matters.

So did all the lug holes disappear in all Y series for sports models? or just late Y series??

Only from the absolute fag end of the Y-series....like my previous TT Blue Sub which was Y-95XXXX....and came WITHOUT lug holes.
