Really wish I'd have put my name down for one of those back when they came out....probably wouldn't have gotten one anyway, which is why I didn't, but still....love that dial. Could never pay secondary prices for one but would snag on at retail for sure.

The secondary price has come way down (over 10k) since I was first offered one by one of the grey dealers I work with. It’s at a price now, for NIB, where I don’t think it’ll move down much…(speculation of course). I’m also speculating this won’t be around more than 2-3 yrs.
Either way, I never really buy with resale value as a factor, and have broke even or made a little, only a handful of times when I’ve sold or traded.
Definitely in this hobby/journey for the enjoyment and to try everything I can that I think I might like.
