Clean and classy. Two words that perfectly describe this quintessential Rolex DateJust. Born in 1987, this particular 16013 appears to have escaped the polishing wheel retaining its thick lugs, sharp corners, and flat bezel facets which reflect light like little mirrors. Underneath the beautiful gold dial is a venerable 3035 movement that is beating with a very strong amplitude in the ~280+ degree range and great accuracy. This means no need for service for at least several years to come. Combined with the quick-set date, this movement is a perfect engine to power a watch for every-day or occasional wear. As pictured, it comes on a super soft suede leather strap without box or papers.
