...however, it is all but impossible to get stuff from Australia removed by eBay Australia. I do not understand why they seem exempt from Trademark Infringement, but their laws seem to be different.

I can no longer report stuff from the Australia site. It has a glitch where I can only click on someone copied you listing. I have played around with it to no avail.

I suspect that all the items that this seller "mrmrs.c" have listed are counterfeit.
